We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to shape the future of our People Strategy through data-driven insights. As a key member of our People Team, you will serve as the crucial interface between HR, Finance, and Leadership, ensuring our People Agenda is managed fact-based, transparently, and effectively. Your expertise in FTE planning, personnel costs, central HR KPIs, and management reporting will be instrumental in transforming complex data into clear, actionable decisions, thereby laying the foundation for sustainable growth and smart HR strategies. What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of **strategic FTE and personnel cost planning** – from budget to forecasting – keeping our goals in focus.
  • Manage **HR reporting** with clear actual-vs-target comparisons, variance analyses, and management-ready insights.
  • Develop **reports & dashboards** in Excel/Power BI to automate processes and accelerate decision-making.
  • Analyze **headcount, movement, and position data**, aligning them with our hiring plan.
  • **Support operational units** in crew planning and training management through reliable data and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with **Finance, Payroll, and Crew Planning** to analyze personnel requirements and ensure a robust data basis.
  • Create and maintain **personnel cost rates** for line item profit calculation and further develop central HR key figures.

What You'll Need

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR or Financial Controlling with proven responsibility for planning, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for management dashboards.
  • Proficient in HR and financial systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems); basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style.
  • Negotiation-level German and very good English skills, able to communicate complex topics clearly and appropriately for the audience.
