Description

For an internationally leading company in the field of high-precision CNC machining centers, which is relocating its site to Bad Homburg, we are looking for an experienced technical trainer or service technician. In this position, you will be responsible for strengthening knowledge about CNC machines among dealers and customers and providing long-term support to the European service team. The company operates globally, is technologically leading, and known for the highest quality, reliability, and excellent technical support. The company offers a direct, permanent employment contract, job security due to its long-standing market presence and success, attractive compensation, a company car (also for private use), 30 days of annual leave, a 37.5-hour work week, flexible working hours (core hours 9 am - 3 pm), and no overtime.

What You'll Do

  • Planning and conducting training sessions for dealers and end customers.
  • Creating training materials, service documentation, and presentations.
  • Supporting the service team with maintenance, error analysis, and repairs.
  • Expanding the dealer service network through knowledge transfer and standardization of processes.
  • Close collaboration with international teams and technical experts.
  • Occasional assignments throughout Europe (typically 2-3 days).

What You'll Need

  • Completed education/degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Practical service experience with CNC machining centers.
  • Experience in customer training or technical training.
  • Fluent German (B2+) in spoken and written word.
  • Solid English skills (B1+).
