Description
naymspace is a software company founded and led by developers, focused on creating tailored software solutions. We work closely with clients and our 23-person team, selecting technologies and methodologies that best fit each project. Our project teams typically consist of 2-4 software developers and a project manager, fostering a calm, honest, and humor-filled work environment.
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to autonomously plan, organize, lead, and execute software projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Autonomously plan, organize, lead, and execute software projects.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and proposal creation to project organization, development oversight, client communication, and quality assurance. You will maintain a keen eye on budget and timing, taking full responsibility for project success.
- Act as the primary interface between clients and developers.
- Collaborate with the project management team on resource allocation, workload, project progress, and current challenges.
What You'll Need
- Practical experience in IT project management, ideally within an agency or software environment.
- Understanding of web technologies (no coding required, but familiarity with concepts like frontend, backend, CMS, and interfaces is essential).
- Structured work approach, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with clients and developers.
- Preference for a weekly working time of 30 to 35 hours.
- Salary expectation between \\u20ac52,000 and \\u20ac60,000 (full-time equivalent).
- Creativity and enjoyment in developing graphical drafts, using tools like Sketch or modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Lovable & Co.
