Join a rapidly growing company near Trier, Föhren, deeply committed to renewable energies. As Team Lead Finance, you will take full responsibility for the entire financial accounting, from specialist leadership to process development. This is a dynamic role offering diverse tasks with a strong focus on balance sheets within a sustainable environment characterized by flat hierarchies. What You'll Do

Lead the financial accounting department in accordance with HGB, bringing your expertise to professionalize structures, digitize processes, and further develop your team.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Act as the primary contact for tax advisors, banks, and auditors.
Oversee consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and ensure tax compliance.
Continuously develop accounting processes and implement digital tools.
Collaborate closely with the commercial director and adjacent departments.
**Optional:** Contribute to controlling activities such as cost center and project controlling.

What You'll Need

Completed commercial training or a degree in finance.
Successfully passed the certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) examination.
Approximately 10 years of professional experience in accounting, with strong closing certainty according to HGB.
A genuine passion for team leadership and team development.
Proven experience with consolidation, intercompany processes, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Analytical mindset, precise working methods, and a strong drive for continuous improvement.
**Nice to have:** Experience with IFRS, project controlling, group structures, or prior work in the renewable energy sector.
