Cleanfix has been a pioneer in (partially) autonomous cleaning solutions since 2009, maintaining a leading role in areas like data protection, navigation software/hardware, and cleaning performance. This vital role positions you as the primary technical interface for our customers, ensuring the seamless operation and enthusiastic adoption of our cutting-edge autonomous robotic solutions across Germany.
What You'll Do
- Visit customers on-site to perform technical service, installations, and technical consulting.
- Conduct demonstrations and provide comprehensive training for our autonomous cleaning solutions.
- Offer assistance and solutions for all technical inquiries.
- Act as a crucial liaison between our customers and the internal office team.
What You'll Need
- Ideally, a successfully completed technical education and proven experience with (cleaning) robotics.
- Essential: A high willingness to travel throughout Germany, up to 5 days a week.
