With your keen sense for WEG (homeowners' association) accounting and your friendly, down-to-earth manner, you will be a trusted point of contact for colleagues and owners – almost like a benevolent spirit, always there when clarity is needed in the world of numbers.

Our client – a traditional, family-run real estate company with over 45 years of experience in the Munich area – is looking for you to manage the accounting for their homeowners' associations. Here, you won't aimlessly ghost through file folders: Instead, a structured, modern work environment with a digital flair and flat hierarchies awaits you, where new ideas are always welcome.

You can comfortably complete most of your work from home, but perhaps you'll occasionally be drawn to the new office loft in Munich-Allach – an inspiring place in "The Malt," where team spirit and coffee aroma waft equally through the halls. Our client currently manages around 7,500 apartments in approximately 85 properties – ample scope to fully develop your skills as a numbers whisperer.
