The Story Behind the Role

Given the ambitious growth target of 30-40 employees by 2026 and international recruitment, what do you see as the biggest opportunity and challenge for this role in shaping our people and culture foundation?

That's a fantastic question! Noah here. You've hit on the core of why this role is so crucial. The biggest opportunity is truly being a foundational architect – not just implementing, but designing the entire HR and recruiting framework from the ground up, especially as we venture into international markets. Imagine building the onboarding journey, the performance development paths, and the employer brand that attracts top talent globally. The challenge, naturally, is doing all of that while maintaining our vibrant, collaborative startup culture where everyone feels valued and can thrive. It's about scaling without losing our soul, and you'll be instrumental in that. We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage, but innovates and inspires.

With such a broad mandate to build and optimize HR processes, how much autonomy will I have, and what kind of support can I expect from the leadership team in implementing new initiatives?

You'll have a tremendous amount of autonomy, actually. We're looking for a 'Macher:in' – someone who takes initiative and drives things forward. My philosophy, and the company's, is to empower our experts. While I'll be there to provide strategic guidance and resources, you'll be the one shaping the blueprints for our people operations. We'll give you an Apple MacBook and all the latest tech, but more importantly, you'll have direct access to leadership for brainstorming, quick decisions, and full support for your ideas. This isn't a role where you just follow instructions; it's where you define the path.
