Description

Our client in Rostock is seeking a dedicated and proactive Part-time HR Specialist (m/w/d) to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle management, and contributing to a positive workplace environment through meticulous administration and process optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and manage personal files and HR data within the company's systems.
  • Prepare employment contracts, certificates, references, and other HR-related documents.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Coordinate appointments, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle general administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Contribute to process optimization, undertake special assignments, and manage project-related topics.

What You'll Need

  • Completed commercial training, e.g., as an Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk, Wholesale Clerk, or a similar qualification with a focus on HR.
  • Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in HR administration, human resources, or as an HR Assistant.
  • Experience with HR software and proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • A structured, diligent, and discreet way of working, coupled with self-reliance, proactivity, and goal orientation.
  • Excellent German language skills.
