Description

Join Deutsche Reihenhaus, a pioneer revolutionizing residential construction with an industrial approach, building 750 high-quality, standardized homes annually. We are seeking a strategic mind to plan and optimize the building services (TGA) for our serial products, either at our Cologne or Kaiserslautern location. This role moves beyond site-specific improvisation, focusing on developing master standards that will be implemented nationwide. If you're passionate about systematic TGA, true innovation, and a revolutionary work-life balance, this is your next career step. Our company is committed to creating climate-friendly housing parks with 100% renewable energy, revitalizing brownfield sites.

What You'll Do

  • **System Planning**: Plan TGA trades to meet deadlines, cost, and quality standards, forming the basis for our nationwide projects.
  • **Standardization**: Maintain and update master tender documents. Your detailed solutions ensure seamless execution on construction sites.
  • **Purchasing & Profitability**: Support framework contract negotiations, manage manufacturing costs, and continuously optimize our products technically and commercially.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Define quality objectives and ensure our TGA solutions meet defined price and performance targets.

What You'll Need

  • **Background**: You hold a degree in **Building Services Engineering** OR are a **state-certified Technician / Master** with profound planning experience.
  • **Mindset**: You think in processes and standards, striving to construct the perfect wheel rather than reinventing it every time.
  • **Skills**: Proficient in **AVA software** (tendering), **CAD**, and MS Office. Capable of cost calculation and solving complex technical details.
  • **Personality**: You are skilled in negotiating with manufacturers (framework contracts), work in a structured manner, and are a true team player within our planning group.

Our Culture

The company fosters an exceptional work-life balance, highlighted by a 4-day work week, generous vacation, and home office flexibility. It emphasizes a supportive, family-like culture that values continuous learning, teamwork, and employee well-being.
