What You'll Do
- Provide friendly and competent advice to our customers and passengers in the FlixShop at Munich ZOB.
- Sell tickets and inform about Flix services.
- Ensure smooth operations before bus departures.
- Actively coordinate passengers and assist with check-in.
- Distribute informational materials such as flyers and magazines to our buses.
- Actively shape a positive on-site customer experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
What You'll Need
- Availability for a full-time position (40h/ week).
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer service, retail, at the airport, or in comparable areas.
- You already have good German language skills; initial English language skills are also an advantage.
- You are confident and routine in using PC, internet, and email communication.
- As a service-oriented and communicative personality, you always present yourself professionally.
- You remain calm and maintain an overview even in stressful moments.
