Roger is revolutionizing the dental industry in Germany by providing AI-powered virtual assistants to dental practices, transforming treatment planning, patient communication, and boosting efficiency and revenue. As a Recruiter, you will be pivotal in building our talent acquisition function from the ground up, working closely with our founders and HR team to establish Roger as the employer of choice for top talent in the DACH dental world. This role offers high strategic responsibility and the chance to make a significant impact on our growth in a dynamic HealthTech environment.
What You'll Do
- **End-to-End Greenfield Recruiting:** Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting targeted job advertisements and proactive active sourcing to conducting interviews and establishing best practices for scalable hiring processes.
- **Exceptional Candidate Experience:** Guide candidates through a transparent, swift, and positive journey, ensuring a strong first impression and laying the groundwork for structured onboarding that scales with our growth.
- **Process Development & Innovation:** Continuously analyze recruitment pipelines, experiment with new channels and tools, and develop data-driven processes, guidelines, and interview structures optimized for a dynamic SaaS environment.
- **Strategic Employer Branding & Projects:** Drive key initiatives in employer branding, talent marketing, pipeline building, and KPI monitoring, bringing innovative ideas to life that align with a young, ambitious startup.
- **Stakeholder Partnership:** Collaborate closely with the HR-Admin team, founders, and hiring managers to ensure seamless and effective talent acquisition.
What You'll Need
- **Proven Ownership & Autonomy:** Demonstrated ability to work hands-on, make independent decisions, prioritize effectively, and build processes in a structured manner.
- **Recruiting Expertise:** 2-4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- **Startup Mentality:** A strong sense of ownership and a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
- **Exceptional Stakeholder Management:** Proficient in coordinating effectively between hiring managers and candidates.
- **Language Proficiency:** Business-fluent German and English skills.
- **Nice-to-Haves:**
- Experience in SaaS, AI, B2B-Software, or HealthTech.
- Background in a dynamic startup or scale-up environment.
- Experience with greenfield recruiting, process, or HR structure development.
