In this role, you are the interface between product and customer. You guide new customers through their onboarding and help existing customers maximize the value of our software through training.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Support ā with a high degree of autonomy, a clear vision, and the focus on turning satisfied customers into true fans.š
What You'll Do
- **š§āš» Conducting Onboardings:** Ensure customers can quickly and effectively use our platform.
- š©āš« **Delivering Training Sessions:** Help our customers better understand the software to get the most out of hellomateo.
- **š„ Solution-oriented daily support:** pragmatic, fast, reliable.
- **š Continuous optimization of the customer journey** based on user data and feedback.
- **š Identification of up- and cross-selling potentials** in close cooperation with Sales.
- **š¤ Close collaboration with Product & Tech:** Bring the customer's voice to the team.
- **š Documentation and analysis of user feedback and KPIs** to improve our services.
What You'll Need
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent German language skills (C2) and English language skills (B2/C1).
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably.
- Team player and ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of systems and software.
- Experience in Customer Success, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage.
