We connect brands with communities, develop content formats, and build digital products for an international audience. With our growth, the need for professional, structured, and future-proof HR processes is increasing. Therefore, we are looking for an HR Generalist (m/w/d) who will holistically manage and actively develop all HR topics.
As an HR Generalist at InkuPlay, you will be responsible for the entire Employee Lifecycle – from talent acquisition and employee support and development to offboarding and administrative HR measures. You will structure processes, guide leaders, support employees, and ensure all HR operations are clear, efficient, and transparent. Your role is operational, coordinative, and strategic: you handle daily HR tasks while actively contributing to InkuPlay's development as a professional and attractive employer.
