AdEx Partners is a tight-knit team of experienced consultants, serving as trusted advisors to clients undergoing complex business transformations in digitalization and IT. With a clear focus on effectiveness and a holistic transformation approach, they deliver on their promises. They are currently seeking a Working Student in Consulting for Organizational Development (all genders) for 20 hours/week, offering extensive practical insights into a predominantly virtual company.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate within the \"Organizational Development\" team, both internally at AdEx and remotely with clients.
  • Independently process and take responsibility for your own work packages.
  • Support the development and execution of Go-to-Market and Sales strategies and concepts.
  • Plan and implement AdEx maturity assessments.
  • Design internal and external communication measures to strengthen the \"Organizational Development\" brand.

What You'll Need

  • Active studies in (Business) Psychology, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • First practical experience in consulting.
  • Initial experience in organizational development (organizational design, change management, talent development, leadership development) or in sales/business development in consulting is a PLUS.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 and various AI tools.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • An analytical and conceptual mindset.
  • Enjoy working on projects.
  • Ability to work independently and self-organized, especially in a virtual team.
  • Interest and availability for a longer collaboration (at least 1 year).
