DevKarriere (Attek Services GmbH) is a rapidly growing education company in software development, guiding individuals into and up the career ladder in IT, including through AZAV-funded further training. Through YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels, we reach thousands of people daily who are looking to reorient their careers or advance in IT.

Content is one of our most important growth drivers. With videos, Reels, Shorts, and Social Ads, we build reach, brand, and trust. For the further expansion of our content team, we are seeking creative support in Video Editing & Content Creation.

What You'll Do

  • **Video editing** for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Creation of **Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and Social Ads**.
  • Support for **video shoots, interviews, and photo shoots**.
  • **Design of thumbnails, graphics, and visuals**.
  • Contribution to **content planning** and development of creative ideas.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and Management.

What You'll Need

  • First experience in **video editing** (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
  • A feel for **timing, storytelling, and social media trends**.
  • Creative eye for visuals, editing, and graphic design.
  • Structured, reliable way of working.
  • Very good German language skills.
  • Independent work – also in **home office**.
  • Experience with **YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok**.
  • Knowledge of **Canva, Photoshop, After Effects**.
  • Interest in **Social Ads, Performance Content, or Thumbnails**.
  • Experience in front of or behind the camera.
