Bolt, a rapidly growing tech company with a global presence, is seeking a motivated and hands-on Fleet Operations Driver to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the availability and readiness of e-scooters for over 150 million users across 45+ countries. The company is dedicated to making cities more human-centric and is looking for individuals who are eager to contribute to this mission.

What You'll Do

  • Drive vans to collect and deploy e-scooters or swap batteries.
  • Ensure e-scooters are parked neatly and keep streets or sidewalks free of clutter.
  • Locate lost e-scooters, assess their condition, and either return them to the warehouse or make them available in the city.
  • Perform minor on-street repairs to maximize fleet availability.
  • Support the Operations team in the warehouse as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Possession of an EU B driving license and experience with manual transmission vehicles.
  • Skilled and trustworthy driver with strong knowledge of the local area and a commitment to safe driving.
  • Proactive mindset and a hands-on approach with a willingness to take ownership of challenges.
  • Solid local language proficiency and experience using smartphones and mechanical tools.
  • English language skills are considered an advantage.
  • While experience is valued, drive, intelligence, and integrity are paramount.
