What You'll Do

• Support product development and rollout of our new Energy Management System (EMS) for multi-family houses, directly contributing to reduced tenant energy costs and building heat transition.
• Technically evaluate buildings and systems, including communication interfaces, device selection, manufacturers, and PV electricity usage models.
• Analyze the energy optimization potential of sector coupling systems.
• Accompany onboarding processes for new systems and help standardize them to ensure product scalability.
• Conduct market research to identify the coverage of relevant devices such as inverters, heat pumps, and controllers.
• Assist the team with daily tasks, including organizational duties, event preparation, and presentation creation.

What You'll Need

• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Currently enrolled as a student in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering), ideally with a specialization in building efficiency, energy economics, or energy technology.
• Enthusiasm for a dynamic startup environment, a hands-on mentality, and a willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to quickly learn new contexts, including products, processes, projects, and strategic issues.
• Interest in innovative energy and data technologies, with the ability to independently delve into new technical topics.
• Clear and structured communication skills, effective even with external partners and customers.
• Availability of 16-20 hours per week.
