Description

We are seeking a passionate SW Requirements Engineer (m/f/x) to join our expert team within the radio and communications industry. You will be employed directly by K-tronik and will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies with a strong sense of team spirit.

What You'll Do

Steering, controlling, and managing software requirements, including change management.
Supporting risk and implementation management.
Establishing a clear understanding of the software to be developed and its requirements among all stakeholders.
Mapping the requirements management process across our tool landscape.
Considering not only product development but also aspects of customer projects, such as traceability, interface compatibility, and baselines.

What You'll Need

A degree in (technical) computer science or a comparable vocational training.
Sound knowledge in software conception, ideally within the context of software platforms.
High level of initiative, commitment, and the drive to shape the future in a challenging environment.
Knowledge of methods and tools in requirements management (IREB certification and modeling with SysML or UML are advantageous).
Very good German and English language skills.
