What You'll Do
- Provide technical support and consultation to our customers, including technical laboratory staff (MT), physicians, and scientists.
- Perform maintenance, installations, and repairs of our devices and systems.
- Plan and coordinate your own travel.
- Train and support our customers in using our products.
- Continuously improve our service offerings and processes.
What You'll Need
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally in (Information) Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, or a similar field.
- Good IT and network knowledge.
- Presentable demeanor and confident appearance.
- High willingness to travel and the ability to independently plan and execute trips.
- Enthusiasm for the role and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
- Proficient communication skills in German and English.
- Ideally, your primary residence is in the region of your work activity (North Rhine-Westphalia or Lower Saxony).
