Description

Apaleo is revolutionizing the hospitality industry with its API-first property management platform, enabling accommodation providers to build integrated tech ecosystems that enhance guest experiences and staff efficiency. We are seeking a Customer Education Manager (f/m/d) to design, build, and maintain our customer learning programs. This role is crucial for ensuring hoteliers, developers, and partners can maximize the value of our platform by translating complex product capabilities into simple, actionable learning journeys.

You will own the entire spectrum of customer education, from training content to self-service academies and other scalable learning initiatives. By empowering our customers to become self-sufficient and confident Apaleo users, you will directly contribute to product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a customer education strategy aligned with our customer journey (onboarding → adoption → advancement).
  • Create engaging learning content including videos, interactive tutorials, help center articles, certifications, webinars, and guides.
  • Build and manage our customer academy, ensuring resources are accessible, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Community teams to identify knowledge gaps and deliver impactful learning paths.
  • Introduce scalable education formats such as role-based curriculums, product certifications, or blended learning programs.
  • Utilize analytics and customer feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and learning experiences.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, helping hoteliers, developers, and partners unlock the full potential of open hospitality tech.

What You'll Need

  • +2 years of experience in customer education, enablement, or training, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible learning for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of learning design principles (instructional design, micro-learning, e-learning).
  • Hands-on skills with authoring tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, video editing, e-learning tools).
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in English (German and French languages are a plus).
