Apaleo is seeking a driven and proactive Junior Onboarding Manager to join their team in Munich. This role is crucial in supporting customers through the integration of Apaleo's innovative, API-first property management platform, powering the next generation of hospitality operations. What You'll Do

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth and successful system integration.
  • Collaborate with senior onboarding specialists and cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Provide training and assistance to customers during setup and configuration.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Continuously learn and grow within the role, taking on increasing responsibility.

What You'll Need
