Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Manager to support our team in achieving measurable marketing results. This role involves the operational execution of marketing strategies, content creation, campaign analysis, and ensuring consistent brand communication. The primary goal is to increase visibility, generate leads, and effectively support marketing processes.
What You'll Do
- **Create and publish regular social media content:**
- Deliver at least 3 social media posts per customer per week (e.g., carousels, images, or short texts).
- Ensure content is CI-compliant, thematically relevant, and delivered on time.
- **Prepare and implement performance marketing campaigns (under guidance):**
- Create the following for each campaign:
- 2 video reels (1x Direct-Response, 1x Top-of-Funnel)
- 2 image ads
- 2 passive ads
- Deliver all ad content (copy + visual suggestions + hook ideas) in close coordination.
- Technically set up campaigns (forms, tracking, linking to lead tables).
- **Ensure tracking & reporting:**
- Maintain precise tracking per campaign:
- Number of leads per week
- Qualification rate
- Number of booked interviews
- Number of hires resulting from interviews
- Actively obtain numbers from the tele-recruiter and maintain them in the table.
- **Continuous learning & proactive thinking:**
- Continuously develop in performance marketing (campaign setup, copywriting, ads) and content marketing.
- Regularly contribute own ideas for content, formats, and campaigns.
- **Collaboration & feedback:**
- Work structured, reliably, and be ready to implement feedback quickly.
- Report no more than one request for clarification per project after the briefing is clear.
- **Content Marketing:** Focus on continuous content output for reach & branding.
- **Performance Marketing:** Build understanding of funnels, copywriting, and campaign setup.
What You'll Need
- **Technical Competence (Ad Implementation):**
- Implement image ads using templates, integrating hooks, value propositions, and clear calls to action.
- Write compelling ad copy that sparks curiosity, resonates with the target audience, and drives action.
- **Copywriting Mastery:**
- Possess excellent language skills, with precise and error-free grammar, style, and tonality.
- Understand sales psychology to capture attention, build trust, and lead to clicks.
- Ability to empathize with target audiences and shift perspectives.
- **Analytical Thinking & Conversion Optimization:**
- Analyze ad performance (CTR, conversion, leads).
- Learn from data to identify what works and which text elements convert.
- Continuously optimize copy, visuals, and formulations.
- **Independence & Responsibility:**
- Work independently, researching and solving problems without constant supervision.
- Take ownership of results, focusing on impact rather than just output.
- Ability to set priorities and make decisions with sound judgment.
- **Creativity & Structure:**
- Contribute new ideas for hooks, visual concepts, and campaign approaches.
- Structure work effectively to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
