Our client, a renowned, traditional company with a strong presence in Munich's city center, is seeking an experienced and dedicated leader for the position of Team Lead Payroll (m/f/d). What You'll Do
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to the payroll team of 3 employees.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all salaries and wages.
- Act as the primary point of contact for social security and tax-related inquiries.
- Optimize and digitize payroll processes.
- Collaborate effectively with HR, tax advisors, financial accounting, and authorities.
- Oversee payroll reporting and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Train and develop team members to foster their professional growth.
What You'll Need
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on HR or Finance.
- Several years of experience in payroll accounting.
- Initial leadership experience (e.g., as deputy team lead or project lead) is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law.
- Experience with DATEV LODAS or comparable software.
- High degree of personal responsibility, strong communication skills, and a focus on quality.
