We are seeking a Project Controller - Reporting & Analysis (m/w/d) for our client in the energy sector, a leading provider ensuring secure power supply. If you have a business administration degree, enjoy working with numbers and analyses, and bring initial experience in controlling or accounting, and are comfortable with digital tools, this role is for you. You will gain exciting insights into financial and project controlling, actively participating in project planning, analysis, and evaluation.
What You'll Do
- Develop meaningful financial overviews and key figures, preparing them for specific target audiences.
- Analyze regular financial statements and precisely summarize the most important findings.
- Investigate deviations between planning, forecast, and actual data, deriving understandable recommendations for action.
- Prepare documents for internal decision-making and steering committees, commenting on relevant financial information.
- Coordinate with group companies on financial data, ensuring consistent and comprehensible information.
- Conduct short-term analyses and special evaluations as new questions or requirements arise.
What You'll Need
- A completed university degree, ideally with a focus on economics or business administration.
- Practical experience in controlling or accounting.
- High affinity for numbers and enjoyment of working with data.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented, pragmatic working style.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of SAP.
- Technical understanding and interest in modern reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Business-fluent German (min. C1) and fluent English (min. B2).
