Welcome to Classen Group, one of the largest laminate manufacturers globally, internationally leading with its "Made in Germany" products. We are looking for an Energy Plant Operator to join our team, playing a crucial role in operating, monitoring, and maintaining our energy facilities to ensure smooth production.

What You'll Do

Operation, control, and monitoring of the energy plant.
Observation and control of key data from operational malfunctions.
Execution of regular control rounds/inspections.
Performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work during both operation and plant shutdowns.
Execution of cleaning tasks within the plant.
Supporting power plant masters in instructing and controlling external service providers.
Documenting all work in the shift logbook / machine logbook.
Proper handover/takeover of the workplace during shift changes.

What You'll Need

Completed technical vocational training in an industrial or crafts field.
Boiler operator (Kesselwärter) training is an advantage.
High sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
Very conscientious and responsible work ethic.
Technical competence, diligence, independence, strong teamwork ability, resilience, and flexibility.
Basic IT skills (Word, Excel).
Willingness to undergo further training for operationally necessary qualifications.
Willingness to work in a shift system.
