REVLANE Partners is seeking an entrepreneurial Managing Director for a client located in the Munich area. This company specializes in developing and producing high-quality interior design solutions, with a strong focus on natural greenery and sustainable materials. Following successful brand development, the business is undergoing a significant restructuring to foster growth, digitalization, and brand renewal. Your mission will be to lead the company into its next phase, rebuilding its sales and brand, developing scalable processes, and guiding a dedicated team with energy and exemplary leadership. The ultimate goal is to professionalize sales, sharpen the product portfolio, and strategically reposition the brand in the market.
What You'll Do
