AI Architect
The Story Behind the Role
What is the most significant challenge this AI Architect will tackle in the first six months?
The key challenge will be to move beyond isolated experiments and build a cohesive, enterprise-wide AI roadmap. You won't just be designing systems; you'll be partnering with various departments to understand their unique needs, identify high-impact opportunities, and create a unified strategy that balances immediate wins with long-term, scalable transformation. It's a role that requires as much strategic diplomacy as it does technical expertise.
What's a quality you're looking for in a candidate that isn't explicitly listed in the qualifications?
We're looking for a 'pragmatic innovator.' The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply knowledgeable about cutting-edge AI but is equally skilled at applying it to real-world business problems. It’s not about using the fanciest new tool, but about selecting and implementing the *right* tool to drive measurable business value, improve security, and ensure compliance. We need a builder who can also think like a business strategist.
