What You'll Do

  • Work closely with customer service and velocity sales teams to identify and implement Artificial Intelligence(AI) solutions and automation into existing workflows to drive efficiency, applying analytical and data-driven approaches tofinding solutions.
  • Drive strategy, vision, and roadmap for automation and AI solutions in Sales and Support processes andalign them with company goals and objectives, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Partner with internaltechnology teams to support and deliver new capabilities and system improvements that increase the efficiency andeffectiveness of our Sales and Support teams.
  • Create product specifications that clearly identify problems, opportunities,goals, metrics, use cases, and product requirements that help design and engineering teams develop solutions and measuresuccess.
  • Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and iterate on features to improve usability, functionality, andoverall user satisfaction.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on automation technologies and AI applications, related to salesprocesses, tools, and applications, and support the evaluation of new vendors/tools.
  • Represent Sales and work with IT toprovide feedback from the field.
  • Actively research and experiment with new technology in the emerging AI application spaceand identify and test AI innovations in the company’s existing tool stack.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships withcollaborators and executive management, to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
  • Participate in buildingbusiness requirements, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities.
  • Work with stakeholders and vendors to helpidentify new use cases and areas to expand the usage of existing tools like Salesforce, Intercom, etc.
  • Demonstrate a quickunderstanding of systems and technical concepts and an ability to lead high-level processes, tools and AI- relatedconversations.
  • Work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency, within adistributed remote and global organization.
  • Effectively communicate roadmap updates to a wide stakeholder audience.
  • Adopt a metrics-guided approach using data to frame, inform, and guide the prioritization and decision-making process, tomanage the health of assigned projects through delivery, and to assess the success and impact.

What You'll Need

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Must have six (6) years of progressive product management experience, including experience building and developingautomation and AI tools, such as UiPath, Workato, and Camunda, for marketing, sales, and support organizations in SaaScompanies to improve efficiency.
  • Must have six (6) years of experience leading sales or customer support related tools and systems for internal salesstrategy/ops/support organizations.
  • Must have six (6) years of experience delivering projects using LLM models.
  • SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must pass technical interview.
